Customer service is the most important thing to us! We want you to absolutely love your hair and your experience with each and every stylist at Belle The Salon. Although we do not offer any refunds, if for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within four days ​so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues. This appointment must be made within 14 days of your original visit.

All appointments at Belle The Salon require a 20% holding deposit to be confirmed. This booking fee is taken off your total sale amount at the time of checkout. We will send you courtesy reminders for payment of this fee. If your appointment has not been confirmed by payment of this deposit by 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.

As a courtesy, we require 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. Failure to give adequate notice will result in loss of booking deposit. Booking deposits are transferrable/ refundable when rescheduling/ cancelling with 48 hours or more notice.

Your appointment time is booked especially for you. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accomodate your appointment, however time may not permit for us to complete your full service. This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next client.

If you arrive fifteen minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our stylists can provide you with the best quality of work.
Without notice and for a late arrival of fifteen minutes or more, your appointment will be classed as a no show and will result in a loss of deposit.

As a courtesy to all other clients and for the safety of your children, we ask that you make child care arrangements for your appointment time. We do not allow any children left unsupervised in the salon under the age of 13. Please understand this policy is for your safety, and the safety of your children.

Our salon is only small and able to cater for a certain amount of clients. We strive to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone while visiting the salon. For this reason we ask you please attend your appointment alone unless necessary, as there may be no spare seating.
